GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive require that you obtain consent from visitors before loading analytics, marketing, or preference cookies.
Many small business owners and hobby bloggers, however, find cookie management solutions expensive, complicated, or full of ads. Cookiebot is the best-known option, but its free plan is limited to just 50 pages and a single domain — and most features are locked behind a paid subscription.
That’s why I built Kansleri Cookie Consent — a completely free WordPress plugin with no ads, no pro version, and no upsells. All features are available right after installation, regardless of how many pages your site has.
