Asuntopehtoori is a nationwide real estate company that provides comprehensive services for rental agency, sales and property management. The company is especially known for its Huolenpitopalvelu™ aimed at property investors — a unique market offering that guarantees rental income and handles the entire tenancy on a turnkey basis.
Founded in Tampere, the business has grown quickly from a one-person office into a significant player in Finland’s rental market. Today Asuntopehtoori serves customers in several major cities — including Helsinki, Turku, Oulu and Kuopio — and employs dozens of real estate professionals. The company’s operations are built on strong expertise, transparency and a deep understanding of investor clients’ needs.
Starting point and goal
Asuntopehtoori (asuntopehtoori.fi) needed to refresh and develop its website to better reflect the company’s growth, the scope of its services and its nationwide presence. The previous site didn’t adequately support lead generation, present services effectively, or convey the company’s expert image.
The aim was to build a modern, scalable WordPress site that clearly presents services to different target groups, supports sales and inquiries, and is easy for the company’s own staff to maintain.
