Asuntopehtoori is a nationwide real estate company that offers comprehensive services for apartment rental brokerage, sales, and property management. The company is particularly known for its Huolenpitopalvelu™ (Care Service), designed for real estate investors — a unique concept in the market: it guarantees rental income and covers the entire rental relationship on a turnkey basis.
The company, originally from Tampere, has grown rapidly from a one-man operation into a significant player in the Finnish rental market. Today, Asuntopehtoori serves customers in several major cities, such as Helsinki, Turku, Oulu, and Kuopio, employing dozens of real estate professionals. The company’s operations are based on strong expertise, transparency, and a deep understanding of investor clients’ needs.
Starting Point and Objective
Asuntopehtoori (asuntopehtoori.fi) needed to renew and develop its website to better reflect the company’s growth, the breadth of its service offerings, and its nationwide operations. The previous site did not sufficiently support lead generation, service presentation, or the company’s expert image.
The goal was to build a modern and scalable WordPress website that clearly presents the services to different target groups, supports sales and inquiries, and is easy for the company’s own staff to maintain.
